SAP Workflow

Ardacon has developed its own working methods, which are automatically built into our workflows. These tools improve the management of the flows and make sure that workflow requesters themselves can gain insight into the status of their flows at all times.

Advantages of SAP Workflow

The workflow ensures that processes follow a well-controlled and predetermined path. The required checks can be built into the flow and a next step will only be executed once the check has been done.

In addition, for each workflow it is known where the flow is located at any time. By means of a graphic display the status can be observed easily; even for complicated flows, in which many paths are running next to each other. Afterwards, a detailed analysis can be executed per task and/or department regarding the duration of time each task requires. With this, the process variables are revealed, through which the business process can be further optimised.
