What is SAP Fiori?
SAP Fiori UX is SAP’s response to the criticism that the SAP transaction screens have become too complicated. Over the course of several decades, so many functionalities have been added to each SAP transaction that users (new ones in particular) often feel lost.
SAP Fiori unlocks all SAP solutions in a uniform and personal manner. It offers the option of using any device – computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone – wherever and whenever the user desires.

SAP Fiori Apps
Due to the personal approach, many new apps will have to be developed in the future. For the construction of these apps, SAP has developed a number of tools – among them Splash and Build – that can be used to straightforwardly create a prototype for an app, as well as a SAP Web IDE to construct new apps from scratch, or with the help of standard templates.
